  Like many people, we've been impacted by the cost of living rise. We have done our best to absorb the majority of increases throughout the year to ensure minimal impact on our loyal members. This adjustment will help us maintain and improve our facilities, equipment, and programs moving forward.

• How will this impact Balance services?
  
  The membership price adjustment is a necessary step to ensure we can continue to offer you awesome facilities, state-of-the-art equipment, and a wide range of group classes that meet and exceed your fitness needs.
  By investing in our infrastructure and services, we can maintain and enhance your Balance experience.

• What options do I have to cancel my membership?
  
  As always, your membership can be cancelled with just 30-days' notice. Please contact us at membership@balancecollective.com.au.

• Do I have to take any action to ensure my membership stays valid?
  
  Not at all! The increase will automatically be applied to your direct debit from 1 December 2023.
