Barre Attack

From plies to pilates moves, this all-body workout will leave you feeling fit and flexible.

Whether you did ballet as a kid or you’re new to the barre, this fitness class will put a pirouette in your step. A carefully curated combination of ballet and pilates-based movements works your legs, butt, thighs and arms – but you’ll be feeling so graceful that you hardly notice.

In this 45-minute class, you’ll use the barre, of course. But there’s also resistance bands, pilates balls, sliders, squats, plies and more, to give you a complete cardio and core workout.

Blend GT

Blending the principals of our group training program, this combination class brings in the best of Base HIIT and Attitude in a group training environment guaranteed to leave you sweating.

Base HIIT

Put your body through its paces with an interval session guaranteed to get your heart pumping and the endorphins flowing.

In this fast-paced class, the energy’s infectious. You’ll be running between cardio movements and the floor, alternating between leave-you-breathless and muscle-burning sets designed to increase your range of motion and mobility.

Don’t be fooled by the easy warm-up. Once you’re warm and ready to go, your instructor will push you to your limits. Expect skips, squats, push-ups, planks and more, all to an inspirational beat that’ll keep you moving for longer.

Functional training circuit (FTC)

Smash through each station in this circuit for a full-body workout that will leave you feeling fab.

The ‘F’ in FTC is all about function. That is, helping you perform at your peak in day-to-day life. Using gym equipment like barbells and dumbbells, plus plenty of bodyweight and cardio exercises, FTC is a fast, fun circuit that has you gasping for more.

Either DIY or class-based, FTC involves an easy warm-up followed by a carefully curated set of stations and drills. The drills change every day to keep you on your toes, and each activity mobilises different muscle groups that you use to power through your day.

HIIT Box

Karate Kid, eat your heart out. This martial arts-style HIIT class has all the moves you need.

Kick, box, sweat, repeat. HIIT Box brings the best martial arts moves into one high-intensity, over-before-you-know-it workout. Think kick-boxing, karate, boxing, skipping and more – all done in short bursts with quick recovery between sets.

Your HIIT Box class starts with a warm-up designed to get all muscles ready for a full-body workout. Then, it’s a matter of mastering each martial arts move before it’s time to move on to the next one. Challenge both body and mind, and walk away feeling incredible.

HIIT Cardio

Puns aside, this class will have you hitting your fitness goals in no time.

Get your high-energy fix in our HIIT Cardio class, designed to build your athletic endurance and conditioning. This fast-paced fat-burning workout flies by, with an ever-changing range of exercises – from skipping and steps, to sprints and burpees – that can be modified to suit all fitness levels.

Here’s what to expect in a typical HIIT Cardio class. An easy warm-up. Then, the main event – moving through exercises designed to give your whole body a workout. Once the job’s done, a quick cool-down and you’re out of there. We’d say “too easy”, but it’s not. After all, it’s not called “high intensity” by accident.

Spin

Jump on your bike for a cardio-boosting, high-energy blast of cycling drills, intervals, hill climbs and more.

Get ready to ride, people! The energy’s infectious in our hugely popular spin classes, where the music blasts and your bike puts you through a range of paces – all designed to get your heart rate up and keep it there.

In a typical spin class, expect an intense, fast-paced workout. There’ll be intervals. Hill climbs. Sprints. You’ll be building your endurance, power and stamina. All from your stationary bike. When it’s over, your legs will feel like jelly – but, with all those endorphins pumping through your body, it won’t matter. You’ll feel great.

Les Mills RPM

Feel the music push you further, faster, on this fast-paced spin workout.

A powerful playlist keeps the energy levels sky-high in this classic cycling class. Tackle hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and intervals – all led by an inspirational team coach who’ll have you pushing your limits and going further than you thought possible.

In fact, you’ll be amazed at how far you can go in one 45-minute class. And you’ll love how quickly the time flies by – it’s a challenging, high-intensity session that’s geared for cardio fitness and feel-good cycling vibes. What are you waiting for? Get on your bike and get ready to ride.

Stay Active

Ideal if you’re new to exercise or have an existing health condition, this low-impact class is gentle on your body and good for your soul.

Do you want to start exercising gently, meet new people, and become more active? Stay Active is a slow, gentle, low-impact class that incorporates some chair exercises and weights – all designed to boost your health, lower your blood pressure and cholesterol, manage your weight, and improve your flexibility.

With three levels to choose from, the Stay Active program is run by qualified professionals who keep a close eye on your progress. You may need a referral from your doctor to join the class, and you’ll be screened at the start to ensure the exercises are right for you.

Stay Active MS

Safe and effective, this gentle exercise class is designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis, to help build and maintain strength and fitness.

Incorporating exercise into your weekly routine can help you manage your MS symptoms, while boosting your overall health and wellbeing.

Here’s what to expect in your Stay Active MS class. First, you’ll do a gentle 5-10 minute warm up on the cardio equipment. Then, you’ll be guided through a (mostly) chair-based class using hand weights, resistance bands, sliders and pilates balls – all led by our friendly and fully qualified instructors.

Movers

New to the gym? Been a while between workouts? Ease into cardio with this low-intensity exercise class that moves your whole body.

Start your new fitness regime with Movers, a class designed for first-timers and those with existing health conditions. This low- to moderate-intensity workout includes a gentle mix of moves designed to gradually build up your stamina, strength and flexibility.

In this 45-minute class, you’ll ease into action with a warm-up that gets your blood flowing and loosens up your muscles. Then, your friendly instructor will take you through a range of exercises using equipment like mats, steps and dumbbells. A quick cool-down at the end, and you’re all done.

Total Body

Put your whole body through its paces with this ever-changing, super-challenging and ultimately satisfying workout.

It’s not called the Total Body workout for nothing. When you step into this class, be ready for everything – low-impact moves, fast-paced athletic options, basic step and muscular conditioning.

It starts with 5-10 minutes of choreographed aerobic work to get your blood flowing. Then, there’s about 15 minutes of low-impact aerobics to keep your heartrate up, followed by a 15-minute step routine. Oh, and then 15 minutes of hand weights and 5 minutes of pure abs. Then, a quick cool down. It’s all easily adaptable – so whether you’re coming into this class green or you’re a lean, mean muscle machine, you’ll get a lot out of it.
