Les Mills Body Pump

Sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast, in this classic conditioning class.

Every major muscle group gets a workout in this non-impact barbell class. With equipment matched to your strength and fitness, you’ll be pumping weights to the beat of the hottest new music – buoyed by the collective energy in the room.

In Body Pump, it’s up to you how hard you pump as you move through everything from squats and lunges to chest presses. Sure, your muscles will be burning. But that’s what it’s all about. No pain, no gain, remember?
