Pilates Reformer – Advanced

You’re a reformer pro. You know what you need to do and why. In this class, you get it down. 

Our advanced pilates reformer class is fast-paced. Because you’re a pro, you don’t need much instruction or cueing, either. Just a laser-sharp focus on your full-body workout, to build your strength and tone your muscles.

Of course, our instructors are always on-hand to tweak your technique and keep you moving, so you can run through the maximum amount of exercises in the allotted time as possible. After your power session on your reformer, you’ll be feeling fab.

Pilates Reformer – Intermediate

As you get the hang of the reformer, push your body further.

The intermediate reformer class takes things up a notch from the beginner class. It’s faster and more challenging, and you’ll find there’s less cueing from your instructors and more action. 

Your instructor might throw in some props to help guide your practice and put your body through its paces. If they think you’ve got a great handle on all the moves and you’re attending on a regular basis, they may also recommend that you step up to the advanced class. Either way, you’re going to feel amazing after your class, guaranteed.

Pilates Reformer – Beginner

With plenty of cues to keep you moving in the right direction, you’ll master the pilates reformer and reap the bodily benefits in no time.

If you’re new to pilates, this class is for you. There’s no right or wrong as you get to know your new BFF, the pilates reformer. Just gentle guidance from your instructor to make sure you’re using the right technique to get maximum benefit for your body. 

As for those benefits? Pilates is all about building your core strength and toning your muscles in a low-impact way. What’s more, it’s a great exercise in mindfulness, too – so you’ll walk away from this class feeling lighter and brighter in body and mind. 

Once you’ve done 10-15 beginner classes, you should be ready for our intermediate reformer class.

Mat Pilates

One mat, one body, multiple minute movements that make a huge difference to your health and wellbeing.

You don’t need a reformer to experience the true benefits of pilates. As you’ll experience in this transformative class, mat pilates helps you master the six guiding principles of this century-old practice: centring, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow. 

Using just your body weight and the occasional props, you’ll work through a seemingly simple series of movements. While they may feel easy, these moves are working wonders in your body to hone your strength, balance and control.
