King's Birthday Timetable

A long weekend doesn't mean you need to skip leg day. With the King's Birthday coming up on Monday June 9, we've adjusted our hours to ensure you can still bend and flex over the public holiday weekend!

Balance New Lambton's Reception & Crèche facilities will be closed, but 24/7 gym access is available (if it's included in your plan). No classes will be available.

Balance Mayfield Will be closed for the day.

Balance Cardiff's Reception will be closed, but the gym will be open from 7am - 8pm.
