As a valued member, we'd like to advise you that effective from July 15th, the Balance City crèche will be closing its doors.

We understand that the City crèche has been a valuable service for many of our members, and we appreciate the support and smiles it has brought to your little ones over the years.

We will continue offering our crèche services at Balance New Lambton and Mayfield. So, if you're a parent who relies on our crèche facilities, you can still enjoy your workouts with the peace of mind that your little ones are well taken care of and having a blast in our safe and engaging environment.

We are excited to share with you that starting in early August, we are introducing a brand-new H20 Boxing + Cardio Zone at Balance Mayfield! This zone is designed to take your fitness experience to new heights. Unleash your inner warrior, sweat out those stressors, and enjoy an exhilarating workout that combines cardio, strength training, and the art of boxing. And the best part?
