We would like to inform you that our Balance City location will be closing its doors on September 30, 2023. We have cherished the opportunity to serve our members at Balance City, and we sincerely appreciate your support throughout the years. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are excited to announce that we will be investing in a range of new offerings that will elevate and enhance your fitness experience.

You can continue your membership at our New Lambton and Mayfield health clubs, however if this doesn't suit your needs, you are welcome to cancel your plan with 30-days’ notice.

We remain dedicated to providing our members with outstanding facilities, a wide range of classes, and unforgettable experiences. Our goal is to ensure that your fitness journey continues to be stimulating, rewarding, and filled with opportunities to surpass your limits.
