Labour Day timetable

With Labour Day coming up on Monday 7 October, we've adjusted our hours to ensure you can still bend and flex on your long weekend!

Balance New Lambton:
24/7 gym access (if included in your plan)
Reception & Crèche facilities will be closed
No classes will be running.

Balance Mayfield:
Reception & Gym open from 7am-5pm
Crèche available from 7:45am-11am
Classes running include Cycle, Pilates All Levels, Aqua and Yin Yoga.

Balance Cardiff:
Gym open from 7am -5pm
Reception will be closed.
