Make the most of the upcoming long weekend and note down our open times for you to move, flex, and bend at Balance. All times below are effective on Labour Day, Monday October 2.
Balance New Lambton's Reception & Crèche facilities will be closed, but 24/7 gym access is available (if it's included in your plan). No classes will be available.
Balance Mayfield's Reception & Gym will be open from 7am-5pm, with Crèche available from 7:45am-11am. Classes running include Cycle, Pilates Beginner, Body Pump, Pilates Intermediate, Aqua and Yin Flow.
A friendly reminder Balance City's last day of trading is September 30.
