king's birthday timetable

A long weekend doesn't mean you need to skip leg day. With the King's Birthday coming up on Monday June 12, we've adjusted our hours to ensure you can still bend and flex while we take a break.

Balance New Lambton's Reception & Crèche facilities will be closed, but 24/7 gym access is available (if it's included in your plan). No classes will be available.

Balance Mayfield's Reception & Gym will be open from 7am-5pm, with Crèche available from 8am-11am. Classes running include Cycle, Body Pump, Aqua and Yin Flow.

Balance City will be closed for the day.
